The hotel is perfectly located within an easy walk to our office. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, felt a bit small, making it a bit tight for movement inside. The rooms were clean but a bit depressing, and despite amenities like a Nespresso-style machine, ironing board, and iron, they were small with a disappointing view of a building wall. The service was excellent, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff, but management lacked friendliness and efficient check-in/out systems. The location was ideal for walking to venues and activities at Circular Quay, making it convenient for inner Sydney work and amenities, but not suitable for travelers looking to be close to India, the Middle East, or South East Asia. The dining offerings were disappointing, cooked in advance and not fresh, with limited choices not worth the additional cost. However, the convenience and facilities were satisfactory.
